Once again, it is election season. John Husted, our current Senator, has kicked off a positive campaign, saying "I will never stop fighting for you!" This is what Ohioans should vote for, a positive, energized, clean, campaign.
Ex-Senator Sherrod Brown, who was voted out of the senate in the last election, has come out slinging muck. Instead of running a clean, positive campaign, Brown is, instead, trying to trash his opponent. Why? Because Brown has a lousy record, and no platform to run on. Like many democrats, Brown runs on HATE. Not issues, Not facts, HATE. Pure, undiluted HATE.
Is HATE all the democrats have these days? The liberals in Congress, who oppose President Trumps' every move, do so not because of any factual basis, but HATE. They HATE the idea that president Trump might actually accomplish something, and make the foot-dragging democrats look bad. It's not about what is good for the country. It's not about what the people might want - you know, the people who voted Trump into the Presidency two years ago - it's just plain, old, HATE.
This comes to mind because the liberals think they have the right to preach to us about HATE. But when you look at their behavior - it's all about HATE. The hypocrisy is mind-boggling. Democrats should just sit down, shut up, and change their play script.
