Well, that does that...

So, the Grammy awards were held last night.  We did not watch, because we predicted that one or more liberal mouthpieces would turn the show into a political sounding platform.

From what we read today, we were not wrong!  First, we blame liberal zealots who are not content to receive their awards with grace.  Secondly, we blame the show's producers, who could, with the push of a button, silence the politics, and keep them out of what is supposed to be a show celebrating performing arts.  This is NOT a First Amendment issue.  The performers were there to accept their accolades, NOT to push their political agenda.   In most cases, we don't even CARE what political side the performers are, except when they push their views into our faces.  This needs to stop.  We are going to encourage everyone we know to not watch ANY awards shows, and to avoid their advertisers, until they all grow up, and get back to entertainment, not politics.  Heaven knows, there are many, many other shows (including "news" shows) on the air, that push political agendas these days.  Why don't awards shows ban political statements?  I'll wager that if they did, viewership would go up.  But for now, avoid all awards shows, period.

Meantime, in Minneapolis, ICE officers recently detained a group of agitators.  And guess what?  They're almost all criminals!  Nearly all of those ICE arrested on this occasion have records of breaking the law.  How many more such people are there, being paid to stir up trouble?  Hey, "news" networks, why aren't you investigating this?  Oh, right.  Journalism is dead.  "Investigating" now consists of consulting mob ("social") media, and taking that as facts.  But mark my words - these people you see on the street are not regular working people - they are all PAs - Paid Agitators.  Another item the "news" people need to look into.  Who is paying them?  How are they being paid?  Are the appropriate taxes being paid? (I BET NOT!!)  Where, oh, where are the "news" media?
