Well, the naked truth is, if you are under contract, "free speech" is a non-issue. If you are expressing something your employer does not agree with, that's just too bad.
The hypocrisy is stunning. If it's the left saying things, well, that's free speech. And if it's the right, expressing themselves, you just be quiet...or we will shut you up. With hate and violence, if need be.
