A few months back, I made a prediction about what would happen if President Trump were to be elected. Well - my prediction came true, in spades! One effect I did not anticipate, though, was that being beat upon by the liberals for eight years has made President Trump a much better President.
Now he has a laser-intense focus. The stupid bleatings and name calling from the left do not cause Trump to lose his way. No sir! Now Trump is setting the government straight. And, to anyone who works in D.C., and is running around holding signs, or telling the legacy media* how unfair it is to be fired - hey, you know darn well that anyone in government is there at the whims of the current administration.
Now there are a few liberals who pop up with opinions on what President Trump is doing. One, for example, said in a legacy media outlet that President Clinton did some government cleanup, too. But really, is there any realistic comparison between the feeble Clinton efforts and what President Trump has accomplished in the first 60 days of his term??? Please.
And, of course, the legacy media completely misses the point of tariffs. They're a bargaining point, stupid! All they ever whine about is the cost, the cost! They fail to report how some countries have already backed down, and decided to make deals with President Trump, which was the idea all along.
Then there's the Ukraine war. President Trump sees that while we would like to help a friend, this help could end up costing the USA billions of dollars. So, Trump gets with Ukraine's Zelenskyy, and says, how about a deal for your mineral rights? Then they have a scripted blow-up, for the purpose of causing a pause in the proceedings - to see what Russia's Putin will do. You may remember, Putin invaded Ukraine to commandeer their minerals for Russia. Now it's, hey Vladimir, Trump is going to get, through negotiation, what you couldn't get by bombing and killing! How's that, loser? Let's see what Putin does.
It will take time for President Trump's policies to take hold, and push aside the corrupt policies of the Biden regime. Already, the price of eggs is beginning to go down. It's reported the wholesale price went down for the past three weeks.
Speaking of corrupt - if you family did nothing wrong, why was it necessary to pardon them, President Biden??
* LEGACY MEDIA - we used to call them the liberal media. This name fits better. Not only are they out of touch and biased, their time has passed. They are no longer relevant.
