Last night, we got to see a really beautiful full moon over Dellroy-land. The weather was nice, and the cats, Earl (remember Earl?) and Meeko were enjoying the weather, not to mention an occasional pet.
I have been working on a remote control model of a Sopwith Pup airplane. It's wingspan is only about 15" (about 38 CM). Its flight weight is specified at 47 grams (about 1.5 ounces!). It uses a brushless electric motor that promises to make it fly fast. It's about ready for test flying. Now if only the weather would cooperate.
I found a different version of the Modbus TCP program for an ESP8266/Arduino Uno. This one promises the ability to keep the TCP connection alive. Unfortunately, I have not yet been able to get it to compile yet.
L11 is still ticking along, running the current version of SPOCS.
After nearly eight years, SPOCS is approaching 500 downloads. For a "hot" program, that, of course, is pretty bad. For SPOCS, it's not too bad. I didn't expect that much interest. The French are still leading in SPOCS downloads, at 22%, according to SourceForge.
