That's right. The snow has melted, and predictably, the runoff has made the Tuscarawas river overflow again. Just when the low-lying fields were dry, now they are once again under water. I imagine the poor folks who live near the river are getting pretty tired of this.
It looks like SPARCL15 is running better now. I reinstalled Fedora 26, and all the SPOCS stuff, and so far, it's doing great. I am working on the usual things - like having SPOCS log on automatically, in case of a long power outage (there are UPSs for short outages).
Anyway, I am looking toward another SPOCS release soon, now that I have resolved the speech issue.
