I got the Christmas lights put up a couple weeks ago, when I took my annual pilgrimage up to the roof, to clean out the gutters, sweep away the pine needles, and put up lights. Shades of James Taylor, doing his great remake of The Drifters' "Up On The Roof"!
The first new part for the Sinclair QL computer came in from Best Buy. It is a composite-video-to-VGA converter. This way, I can use any old computer monitor on the QL, instead of a TV. It works great, and only cost about $25!
Still waiting for the new keyboard membranes to arrive from the U.K. Also looking for a few parts for the power supply, and for rebuilding the floppy disk interface.
