Okay, another one down

The tag search bug is fixed.  Now any tag, on any node, plus the system tags, can be searched by name.  The system tags are on the air.  Now all I have to do is consult my magic pre-version 2.0 list of things to do...yes, yet another sidebar thingie, see it at the left.
