More debugging!

As you may have noticed, the magic to-do list got shorter.  I'm now testing the analog alarms.  They seem to work - I'm testing them with actual I/O.  But there seems to be a problem with loading the low analog limit from the SPOCS setup file.  We'll get it by the time we post next.
